Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, and a small amount automatically through the third-party services that power the Site:

• Email address. Collected when you request the free preview or purchase a guide. We use Supabase to manage accounts and send secure, passwordless "magic link" sign-in emails — we never ask for or store a password.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVC — Stripe handles that directly and is independently PCI-compliant.
• Email engagement. If you opt in for the free preview or become a customer, your email address is added to Kit (our email service provider) so we can send the educational and marketing emails described below. Kit records standard engagement data such as opens and clicks.
• Usage data. We do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this Site. Basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and secure your account, and send sign-in links.
• To deliver the free preview or paid guide you requested.
• To process payment and grant access to what you purchased.
• To send you educational and promotional emails about the AI Agent Operating System™ — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To respond to support requests and refund inquiries.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Site.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the Site work — Supabase (accounts/authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Kit (email delivery) — each of whom processes it under their own privacy policy and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Scalable Solutions, LLC or our users.

4. Cookies

The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's hosted checkout page may set its own cookies while you complete a purchase, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase information for as long as your account is active or as needed to honor the refund policy described in our Terms of Service, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 6.

6. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion; we honor those requests the same way for every visitor, regardless of location.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults running or building a business. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.

8. Security

We rely on Supabase and Stripe's security infrastructure to protect account and payment data, and we don't store payment card details ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
