These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiworkforcevault.com and any guide, preview, or content offered on it (the "Site"), operated by Scalable Solutions, LLC, doing business as AI Workforce Operating Systems™ ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a guide, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a guide. The Site is intended for business owners and independent distributors, not consumers generally.
We sell digital, educational guides that teach how to build and instruct a set of AI "teammates" using an agentic AI platform of your choice. The free edition is a hosted preview; the paid edition (currently the Network Marketing Edition, which includes Personal Edition as a bundled bonus) is delivered as a hosted, access-controlled web page tied to your account. We do not build, host, or operate the AI Workforce for you — you implement it yourself, on the platform you choose, using our instructions.
Nothing on this Site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. We are not your company's compliance department — always follow your own network marketing company's rules, scripts, and marketing guidelines before using any AI-generated content in your business.
Any income, rank, or business results referenced or implied on this Site are illustrative, not typical, and not a guarantee. Network marketing results depend on your effort, your market, your company's compensation plan, and factors entirely outside our control. We make no claim that using this guide, or any AI Workforce built from it, will result in any specific level of income, rank advancement, or business growth. Examples used in our materials — including any named scenarios — are illustrative teaching examples, not verified customer results, unless explicitly labeled as a testimonial.
We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in — you're responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account secure, since anyone with access to that inbox can sign in as you. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
All purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. If a guide doesn't turn out to be genuinely useful to you, contact us within 14 days of purchase at david@503marketing.com for a full refund — no elaborate justification required. After 14 days, purchases are final. We reserve the right to decline a refund request that shows evidence of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
Paid guide content is licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share your paid access or its content with anyone outside your own business. Free preview content is provided for you to read and, once downloaded, to share freely — we'd rather you pass it along than keep it to yourself.
You agree not to: share or resell your paid account access; scrape, copy, or republish paid content; use the Site to impersonate anyone; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
Our guides give you setup instructions for third-party agentic AI platforms (such as Operly) that we don't own or control. Their pricing, features, and terms are between you and that platform, and can change at any time without notice from us. We may earn a referral commission if you sign up through a link we provide, at no extra cost to you.
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any third-party AI platform will behave exactly as described, since those platforms can change their features at any time outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalable Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any guide, including any business or income outcome. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time; refunds remain governed by Section 6.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
